Input file for Fokker-Planck example.

This is the input file that is read in when running the 1-D Fokker Planck example. GetPot is used for the input file parsing and hence the same style should be used. The names in [] denote different classifications that is used to organize the information. The description of how to read the files is documented in the file examples/Brownian_Coagulation/Brownian_Coagulation_inputs.c
